MEMBERSHIP of VISION HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION

Wisdom:

Creating a membership program can be a significant step for growing nonprofits that have established a strong base of supporters.

We are offering those supporters a chance to connect with and share the non-profit’s success, in exchange for being a part of higher goals in life. 

This membership is for those who want to be part of the Vision Healthcare Foundation as an Associate, share its Vision and Mission, and be willing to participate. 

Objectives:

Build a community, invite services, and seek support to further its cause.

Vision Healthcare Foundation believes this cause to be a collective social responsibility. We invite you to come forward, become an Associate Member, and stand among those who care by filling out this membership application form.

Any person who:

1. Subscribe to the Vision & and Mission of the organization,
2. Is an adult, sane, competent person eligible to enter a valid contract,
3. Submits an undertaking,
4. Has a reference with the members of the governing body or an existing member.

1. Having Criminal Record

1. Can be part of the Committee (s) to have their advisory support/ input
2. The right to remain informed of the organization's activities and project progress through personalized emails or social media tools.
3. Can be selected as a director/ member of the Board of Governors.

Obligations

1. Understand the Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Core Values of the organization.
2. Promote the organization among your friends, family, and spheres of influence.
3. Keep yourself informed on the progress of the Comprehensive Disability Center.
4. Volunteer suggestions and provide input.
5. Set targets to contribute time, effort, council, or money, and try your best to abide by your promise.
6. Pray for the success and accomplishment of the excellent task.
