Dr. Anjum Naveed

Dr. Anjum Naveed is a well known ENT surgeon with over 40 years of experience in this field. After graduating from Dow Medical College in 1980 he completed his postgraduate training in the  civil hospital Karachi.

In UK.where he did his fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. Dr. Naveed subsequently moved to the Emirates and further enhanced his training in at Tawam hospital in affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine USA.

After returning to Pakistan, he established the ENT department at The Indus hospital Karachi where he served as the department head for 10 year, with a focus in ear surgery. He started the first time in Pakistan Newborn Hearing Screening program . He established state of the art Audiolgy and speech therapy department at Indus hospital karachi which is providing complete services of Audiolgy and speech therapy from the daiagnosis of hearring impaired chidren from birth till cochlear implant with comprehensive lifelong follwup.His life long goal is to develop similar programs throughout the Pakistan.

Dr. Naveed has multiple peer-reviewed publications, he has authored 3 books in ENT and is the recipient of several national and international awards.
